The Guide

Could Someone tell me if this is normal right my guide has been going a little extra slow that last few days but last night i tryed to see if it was the xbox so i took out the HDD and turn it on poof the thing is as fast as superman so i plug my HDD back in and its back to its ol' sluggish self, i have cleared the cache and this still persists is there a way of fixing this? Ohh sorry everything on that level is abit sluggish like for instance a was playing farcry the other night the dash was sluggy when the game was in and when i got onto it the guide was just as bad is this a problem with the hardware or can it be fixed? Ohh there isnt a problem with the game been checked

I have noticed that when I am downloading/p2p the guide acts really slow. For instance when I go to create a new message. Takes about 20 seconds for it to pop up.

The Guide is only ever sluggish if a game is loading but only Certain Games like Full Auto and King Kong was another.

However the latest batch I don't recall there being any problems, just yesterday I was using the guide on R6V no problem.

That's my experience with the guide anyway. Some people say that after recovering a Profile the Guide and the Dashboard Speed up but I generally wouldn't go fiddling round with that as you could end up in an even worse scenario

ohh yeah some games dont save your rank ect online they save it on your hard drve soo if you delete it your back to square one

Well a deleted my profile the other night and everything is oryt but my save games are gone but my R6 rank is there and a didnt pick the delete all function so i dono hopefully my xbox isnt broke, thorny gonna inv me to the get together tonight
