R6 : Vegas Desktop Rank Progress Bar?

Does this exist, I wanna always see my rank and it would be a nice little contribution to my desktop anyone know if this exists? :)

Don't think it could be done, purely because as their is no Web element say similar to that of Halo 2 and also the fact that in Rainbow Six Vegas your Rank never goes down only up so...I suppose there would be little point in it anyway.

However it would be a nice touch.
