A little help

DOes anyone here play their 360 through a computer monitor with HD performance?

How many issues is there with doing this.

I ask because i just found out how much i am getting in compensation for my little car accident last year. Its not a lot, but after i do a few things that need doing i should have about £500-£600 to spend.

I am looking at getting the 360 onto the HD level as i only have a standard def TV at the moment. Could i get a PC with a good enough monitor for what want , or should i just put it all into a HDTV and not get a PC aswell?

I cant decide what to do, discuss.....

well heres my veiws if you already have a pc (whats its Specs) just get a hdtv it will be soo much better than a little monitor for watching movies and playing your 360.

Yes, you could get hd picture quality out of practically every monitor nowadays. You'll need to purchase a vga cable for your 360 though which are about £15. Just make sure that when you do get your monitor you set your 360's display to the highest resolution possible to make sure you are getting the best picture you can.

Edit: Oh and as RBF says, you might want to buy a HDTV instead, you can pick up decent sized ones now for pretty cheap. Which would be a better option for you if you mainly want it for your 360.

Just get a hi-def tv mate i got my 32" samsung lcd for £500 so if yoyu bought the same one as me you would have £100 left for some new games:party: :party: :party:

If you do get a monitor, make sure it's a 20-21" Widescreen...should only be a couple hundred.

If you want a HDTV, then you can get the Samsung 23-26" for £400-500...or the 32" for £500-600 if you can find anywhere with them left.

i think ill go with a HDTV, i dont need a PC coz i have one, but it wont run any new games. I dont play PC games anymore anyways, so i think ill go for the telly.

Any chance of a link to your 32" Samsung Padds, see which model it is.
