Condemned Chapter 9 Help ASAP Please

Right I've done 3 of the ridles and this Walkthrough I'm reading tells me I now go back down to the basement and through this mirror door. However I can't seem to open this mirror door, I've video recorded my attempts.

Am I doing something stupidly wrong or what?

Edit: Don't worry done it now, I had missed out a ridle had gotten confused, cheers Mark for telling me. :)

I bloody hated it, took me 30 minutes trying to kill the junkies that you get the fire axe off of, didn't realise for ages there were 3 med kits near by. ¬__¬

Aye same here, that chapter took me ages but that was down to the riddles, finding them were quite confusing to say the least!
