Gears of War Scores Big with Famitsu

The hugely respected Japanese Gaming Magazine has just been released. Gears of War seems to have struck a cord with the reviewers with a near perfect score.

Very surprised about that. It seems like a sort of... Western game. As in the kind of game appreciated in this country or in the States, but completely ignored by the Japanese. Obviously not, though, which is a good thing.

The issue I have gave it a 10,9,8,8. But they have so many reviewers! Yeah they like it. It probably reminds them of Biohazard 4. Plus these guys know great graphics and gameplay when they see it!

I think the multi-reviewer system is great. Means that if you don't like one particular reviewer, you can ignore their review, and concentrate on the other 3. :cool:

I'm glad Blue Dragon got good ratings, really looking forward to that title.
