I'm looking forward to this game especially since its going to be on the 360. I thought the xbox games have been brilliant so far, major improvements on previous ones released. The co-op mode on xbox live was a personal favourite of mine whether they do it this time I don't know but I hope so. Have a look at the trailers on the official website for more information.

Slightly off topic but can someone help me please.

I just brought SC:CT for a fiver from Game and have played the solo game on my 360. However downloaded the maps to play online and now I can't play the solo missions. :'(

The solo mission loads up to a point but seems to freeze (the little Sam Fisher on lighthouse movie stops). Has anyone got any ideas?

Also, this may be connected, all the cut scenes and movie seem to stutter along. They work fine on my original Xbox so presume this is a 360 thing... :(

There is a sticky Help Thread in the 360General forum just so you know, and about your problem I don't think there is anything you can do about other than to play it on your xbox.

I would suggest that you stick to playing offline with SC:CT on your original Xbox matey...and then if you wish use your 360 for just LIVE play with Kev and co

Remember back in August of 05 two new Splinter Cell maps were released, and quickly pulled because they didn’t work? Well nearly 5 months later Ubisoft is giving the maps another go… and once again they can’t get it right.

According to reports, the update isn’t working on some users Xbox 360s, in some cases rendering the game unplayable all together. The workaround? Delete all your hard-earned game saves, download the BC update from Xbox.com, burn it to a disc, re-update your console, and re-download the SC update. Whew.

Don’t you think if Ubisoft had an extra 5 months to test the update after their last fumble they would have…tested it?

I reckon this may be an a great game. I havent really been to interested in the series but at a cousins house I started playing Pandorra Tomorrow and thought it was great. I am thinking about getting Chaos Theory and will most likely get this new one.
