Ok lads, hopefully you can help me out here. I have a few questions:

- Is £230 a good price for a 19'' LCD HD TV?
- Do you need 2 scart cables for x-box 360/PS3 to work on your TV?
- Anything else required for next gen consles for TV's?
- Anyone know of any good deals on HD TV's (UK)

Thanks for any advice. :)

For HD you need HD Input...

So you'll need a TV with One or More of these connections: HDMI, VGA, Component, possibly DVI also. So basically you don't use Scart Sockets there for Standard TV only

Post the HDTV that you can get for £230

'Sup Deki, Bravo here.

Perhaps it would be worth saving up a couple more hundred quid and getting a 26"?

Alright mate.

Yep, I've sort of been thinking that. I've got enough for a 26'' , I just want to make sure I'm spending it wiselly and getting value for money.

I have found some decent deals like:

Samsung 27'' £399 (http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electronics/CART/3-/857078/-/Product.html?delete=857078)

Goodmans 26'' £399 (http://www.comet.co.uk/cometbrowse/product.do?sku=349259)

I think they are pretty good, especially the Samsung ione, downside to that is its from play and needs delivered, I'm wondeirng how long it would take for them to deliver it.

Items like that are delivered by Courier instead of Royal Mail so you should normally expect it to be delivered within 48 Hours but check with that.
