according to a certain website (not going to say which one cause ill get moaned at but... There maybe a Gears of War patch coming out on Christmas Eve. There is even a picture about it. So who knows what is going to happen

it will be free, which is the best thing, and xmas eve would be a good day to do it, for all those getting it for christmas.

Not sure if they'd release it Xmas Eve...depends if it's likely to cause any issues as if so, no-one will be working on resolving them for a week or two.

Just because i said that (whichever forum it was?) they werent always first with news and that really we should encourage this site in it's news posting more - it didnt nor doesnt mean that you cannot/shouldnt post anymore info that isnt already already on here.

hye i completed GOW on casual today,( i know, i know, it easy) and judging from the ending were the weird evil guy speaks, that theres gona be GOW2, am i being asumptious or is it a possobility>?

Mark Rein, Vice President of Epic Games, has posted the following comment on the official Gears of War forums:

Folks,

This is a hoax.

We've already stated that we are working on releasing an update soon but we don't know the exact date of the release yet because it has not passed certification yet.
