They call it the 360 Crossfire, what is it and what does it do?

That's the Official Xbox 360 Wireless receiver for Windows. You plug it in your PC and you can use all the 360 wireless peripherals on your pc. Controller etc.

Where did you see it was called the "crossfire" cause that's news to me.

i doubt they would call it the crossfire its would be confused with ati's multi graphics card systerm

smart piece of white hardware, I red yesterday X360 mag and i didnt see a thing about this and there was many things about 360 peripherals

I believe you can use the Wheel and Wireless headset also, not sure about anything else, but i would suspect anything that comes out from now on wireless will work.

Maybe when I get Vista, Monitor and a Better Graphics Card as I could use the Racing Wheel to play PC Games when I get all that plus some PC Games and plus a Racing Wheel....Also I'd like to be able to try playing FPS with a Keyboard then with a Controller to see which one truly is best :D

i mouse would be good for shaow run so pc gamers dont get such a big advantage- with being able to hot key every spell, wepon etc haing faster more precise aiming, there not maing it in wide screen as well so we dont get more vision! coz that would balance it out then

Their not making it in widescreen? I would think they are. For 360 it has to as standard and for PC... well again. I have a widescreen LCD for my PC and a widescreen ratio. If I can play pc games in widescreen like HL2 then I would think I could with this game.

ill definitely be buying it when i get vista and my new pc then i can play my multi platform games on pc and just exclusives on the consoles.
