Media streaming problems

a while ago i used to be able to stream media therough media connect, i formatted my computer and tryed to download media connect again- the file donloads but just wonk install it says unpacking with a loading bar then that just goes away and nothing happens and its not installed in control panel, so iv treied it through media player 11 but under networking theres is nothing about streaming music?- so what do i do- andy tips would be good

You need to click on the library button and then on the drop-down menu chose media sharing.

If you still have no luck you could try downloading the zune software, that also can stream media. You may need to go on your 360's dash and disconnect your computer from then search for a new connection.

Finally, there is a free piece of software called TVersity that can handle your media sharing.
