Just looking over this thread, I'm not 100% sure why you blocked the Gamertag of this individual as the powers of Google and MyGamercard.net shouldn't be underestimated.

If your so concerned about their "safety or privacy" surely you'd be better off not publishing anything that can be searched or categorised. Just a thought
