Has this changed anyone's mind ? Me, personally, it makes me not like the controller even more.
It seems soo uncomfortable. Although, I can't judge it untilI hold it myself.

I still reckon that the "Duke" is the most comfortable controller out there...especially for those of us with big hands..

I never really liked the Dual shock controler and I'm almost positive I won't like this one, its too small.

Can't see any image in the first post only a black square :s
So far the best controller I've played with is the 360's.

The Duke is the original xbox controller. The fat chunky one that is the butt of every Sony fanboy's jokes. The most comfortable controller in existance (though I have not held the 360 controller)

I was a sony lover until i got my xbox and i fell in lurrve with the controller, and the 360 is even better, so comfy, sits perfectly.
And that ps3 controller could well put me off getting a ps3, hideous :(

You're in for a treat. I thought the Duke was good until I held the 360 controller.
The Duke was comfortable, but very ugly. :(

There's no escaping the fact that the Playstation 3's controller looks like one of those 5 quid Playstation 2 controllers that breaks within a few times of usage but I can imagine this controller being well nice to hold.

It looks like it's going to be a very weird controller to get used to, but I suppose I'll just have to wait until I can actually use one before passing any real judgement.
Doesn't look like it'll be as god as the DualShock, though.

I think it looks pretty cool...
But, I bet that it is pretty uncomfortable when plying .

At least when you throw it in frustration it'll come back to you, though...

ZING!
(though that's been used before)
I never liked the dualshock, too hard and stiff. So far my most confortable controller was the Gamecube's! Seriously that controller owned, but not thats all changed after I held the 360's controller ... =)

I myself have always been a sony fan, and yes i know most over people don't like the ps3 pad. I do it looks so sleek and cumfortable.
Like it says it will be like having a stearing wheel in your hands.
I like it ;) Role of the ps3's
I've played playstation for many years and the dual shock was good, good to hold but th 360 is the best till now good to hold and to play. I didnt like to play allied assault with it. No accuracy shooting.
This new one, if the sticks are better then it can rock, but ill not buy it!

I loved the dual shock, but I never bought a shooter on the PS2 or PS1 ( except Red Faction), but otherwise I couldn't imagine playing a fps on there. :s

Actually yeah... that's a problem I had with the Playstation Dualshock, and Dualshock 2 controllers- the sticks were very insensitive. You could move the stick slowly to one side with no effect, and then upon reaching a certain distance, it'd suddenly jerk the camera, or whatever else you were controlling, across the screen. It made sniping in games a bit of a hassle.
Computer mice for the win. ;)

No one can argue the Gamecube has the best controller but I am really getting used to the 360 and it feel very clean**(metaphor)and it comes a very close second. But whoahhhno the ps3`s contoller is a mess I thought it was a joke. It be the best controller for using it as a boomerang but I dont think people use their controllers as boomerangs do they???

I never liked the gamecube controler, I hated that stupid C-Stick made it a pain for playing games with dual anologe control.

You didn't like the Gamecube controller?
You must have abnormal hands.

Try to play Fight Night with that controler and you will know what I mean.

Heh, ok then. It's been perfectly suited to most games I've played, though, and that's quite a wide variety. TimeSplitters, Madden, Pikmin, Mario Kart, Pro Evo. Various different styles of game, and all have been fine for me.
Fits the hands perfectly as well.

The Z-button was ****.
Everything else was gorgeous.

Yeah, the Z is a piece of pish. I'd managed to shut that out of my head and was envisaging the perfect controller, so damn you for bringing the memory back of that awful button back. :(
