Colonel Mustard = KGB on behalf of President Putin
Dinging Room = Cafe/Tea Shop
The Rope = Radioactive Polonium-210

Now I think the key to solving this is Cluedo, we all played it and loved it and we never got it right first time.

So I actually think it was Rev. Green in the Study with The Rope.

Well the reason, why would Colonel Mustard use The Rope when it's so slow and very public, you would use the Revelor it's quick although loud but it's not public at all. Headline Former Russian Spy Dead...who killed him? who cares. However because it was so public and slow people fealt sorry for him.

That's why it's Rev Green, the only problem is I can't figure out who Rev. Green is. Any Clues?

Here's who I've got so far

Professor Plum = President George W. Bush
Mrs. White = The Queen
Colonel Mustard = President Putin
Rev Green = ?
Mrs Peacock = ?
Miss Scarlett = ?

So any help would be greatly appreciated, and I will forward my Clue's onto New Scotland Yard and "M" for Analyse.

Edit: The Study is actually the victims home

It wasn't Putin was it, which one is that Italian who lied about teaching at several popualr universites to the Police. Scramanalanalanelg? Like the one of Bond.

Was him, quite cclearly. They'll catch whoever brought ti over here soon enough anyway, because of the radioactivity. It's all pretty exciting I think, and i'm actually watching all the news on it.

Like they were saying, if it was highly trained assasins, they were VERY clumsy.

Scaramella has gone into hospital today, he has picked up the radioactivity to, and it could be fatal.

As has Litvinenko's wife, although her level isn't AS fatal as Scaramella's.

I don't think it was Spies, it's such a poor way of killing someone why would the Russians want him to have a slow death, so it could have the opportunity of being brought to the attention of the media? I highly doubt it!

As the Russians, said themselves it's alot more likely to be someone who wants to discredit Russia, the only problem there is Europeans are the one's who fill that criteria. Dun Dun Duh!

The KGB were the old Soviet (Russia) Secret Service, now it's Modern day equivalent is called FSB, however this change hasn't effected the common language use in alot of countries. As it's still often referred to it as the KGB as it's most notably known.

kgb = USSR's mi6/SS

when Russia became capitalist again the county changed names and the kgb were dissolved and the new equivalent is the fsb
