Hello! All may need help

Hi all
I Have just purchased a Xbox 360 world cup edition console for my bfs bday
i know hes lucky
love all games consoles and love playin on PS2 cant wait 4 PS3!
Just a small question for any1 who can help
The game my bf recieved 4 his xbox360 fifa world cup 06 says he must play the game on an xbox360 console? well it is an xbox 360 console and plays need 4 speed carbon!
we are both baffled:brow: and need help can any 1 shed any light on this situation

what, you put the game in and it says you need an xbox 360? Sound like youve been sold an xbox not a 360!

Yeh the Xbox 360 you have got is a Xbox 360. The only difference is the faceplate which is a piece of plastic on the front of xbox 360 has a football design on it.

You have bought a Fifa world cup 06 edition Xbox 360. So it's just a normal 360 that looks a little different :)


EDIT: I think I know what you mean. So your saying when you put in Need For Speed: Carbon it comes up and says you need to put it in a Xbox 360? This is a problem with the game itself. I have also received this error. Just take it back to the store and they will do a straight swap. If they say you can't return it tell them to test it in a Xbox 360. By law they have to replace it if it was faulty on receipt.

Yeah, I had that with some games. What you're saying is that one of the two games works and the other one gives you the message?

Change the game, return it to the shop.

I know what you mean, I had it with Amped. Go get a new game form the shop. :)
