As far as I was aware, under no circumstances could the retailers jack up the prices. Im 90% sure on that *ends get out clause*

yeah, thats how they have done it. And its the reason why they havent just jacked the price up. I may give Microsoft a call and let them know, as im almost certain they are not allowed to do that. Unless they added 5 games to the bundle.
