After being asked in the late night posters thread about my name I thought I'd make a thread about names.

What does your nickname mean and why did you choose it?

What about your GT (if it's different from your nickname)?

Right, me:

carocat is a mixture of my first and middle name.

Fear the CAT, well, my first name is Cat which was obvioulsy taken, so was carocat. Fear the CAT was just a joke really, but it's grown on me a lot and although I now have the option to change it, I don't think I ever will.

I've seen some strange Gamertag names about the place on xbox live so i thought i'd set up this thread to find out how people chose their Gamertags

For me, me and my brother used to play on the PC under the name Truplayaz, pinched the name form a drum and bass DJ collective. Thought it sounded cool.
When i got my xbox gamertag i decided to make it singuler, hence Truplaya.
