Urgent help needed

Right now if i only have one xbox live enabled account how do i play Gears of War 3 player on xbox live because i seen people do it so its like Eden , Eden(1) so how do i do that?
Also if poeple are talking on gears of war and i dont have my headset plaugged in the people voices play through my tv speakers so how do i stop that happening(Without pluging my headset into my controler)

Didn't this happen in GRAW when two people were at the same console? aka you would be Dizzy 8 and P2 would be Dizzy 8(1).

I really don't understand your question though so forget me if I'm wrong :D

Press Y when you are in the versus menu on the other controllers and then sign in as guests.

I think thats how you do it.

About the sound coming out of the speaker. Go to xbox live guide --> personal settings --> then one of them on there, can't remember the exact word. BUt in there just check the 'None' box.
