because its halos birthday next week so they say on their website that theirs a big suprise coming next week.

take a guess at what i could be, im guessing they will releace a 360 version of halo on marketplace with achievments and online multiplayer.

A halo faceplate - as announced on the monster homepage. Thats my guess anyway - not a big surprise!

Can't think of anything else it could be really - unless they have been fooling us all and are going to announce H3 will be hitting the stores soon and give us a demo to play, nothing they could give would be all that great (could only really be a dev diary or new trailer)

Nar it will be some sort of content, I doubt a demo as it's Halo's Birthday nothing to do with the Xbox 360 really. So I'd say Free Maps, New Weapons, something along those lines.

I think it will be a video of some sort. I'm not getting my hopes up for anything like a demo... but I also hope it's something more than some details or something which isn't really game related like a Halo 3 edition 360. Cause I will only be buying a new xbox 360 when they release a black version.

Although, I suppose if new 360s start coming out with 80 gig HDDs and 'advanced' controllers, it might become more worthwhile.

Pretty much why. I would rather have something that looks profesional. Most of the cases I have seen... there are some great colours... but I would like something a bit more... I duno

Knowing Bungie, it'll be a theme, picture pack or smal trailer/video. Don't get too excited.

A new video definatley, doubt it'll be in game, most likely another trailer like the one at E3, possibly more gamer pics on the marketplace, maybe for free. Bungie never does demos so don't get your hopes up, even more so considering it's a pre-alpha build.

There was a video that the staff of 1up saw in the single player campaign, with marines running around going crazy etc, quite possibly will be that one that's released.

Oh, and 1 more thing, they'll update their Halo 3 section with the pics used in the recently released gaming mags (EGM etc), I'm pretty positive about this one, as they said they would themselves, but didn't give a date.
