You do not have all the bronze silver and gold medals, i just checked so it looks like to me you have not got all the medals

Yea as Link says you need a Mic really, have you got one but just don't like using it? As even if you just said Yes and No! It would be better than nothing.

Yea I was kind of "shy" about using the mic when I first went on Live, but if you go in with people that are friendly then you won't have a problem.
