The reason is you appear to have two usernames for the one gamertag, yours. The reason why only one of them appears in "Todays Birthdays" is the other account, Joe2610, has made his Date of Birth and Age Public. While the other Account "Joe999" has only made his Age Public not his Date of Birth.

So on the Joe999 account make your Date of Birth Public and then inform an Admin or Mod to remove your other account. So you don't confuse it again next time.
