i turnt my 360 on 10 mins ago, and it crashed right when you turn it on, when the xbox 360 logo comes up on the screen - crashes at different points now....
does anybody know how i can find out whats wrong with it...???

I suggest you get it replaced.

please help!!Mine crashed friday mate get on the phone to ms thats what i did and they come to pick it up today.
Get the phone no off xbox.com.

cheers guys! - i just did the hidden error code and it gave me '0102' which means that the xbox doesn't know whats wrong!! i will ring customer support now.

o yeh 1 more thing - the number its giving me to ring begins wih 0800. is an 0800 call free of charge..?

Yep but only from a Landline, some Mobile Companies Charge at Local Rate

You should get your 360 back within 3 days of being sent.
