Well sorry to burst your bubble but he is wrong, You don't get them from Ghost, they leave EctoPlasm, not Glow Dust.
You can buy Glow Dust, Try an Alchemist shop, there is one in everytown, try "All things Alchemy" in Skingrad.

Well the best way to get them is to look in different Shops, one question, are you doing this for the Azura Shrine Quest?

Go back to the Shrine, and face it, turn around and start walking away from it, keep going, You will find a Will-o-the-wisp, Kill it, but normal weapons don't do damage on it, you must use Magic or an Enchanted Weapon.

Well, there is a lot of them, and you'll spend most of your time using them, Any Weapon that doesn't have a Generic name i.e Steel Long Sword, is Enchanted.

Hmm well, there aren't going to be many Enchanted Weapons available at that level, You can buy one I guess. I would recommend using magic to kill the will-o-the-wisp, would save you a lot of time.
Oh and whatever Azura gives you, DO NOT give it to Martin.

You Should have Magic, almost every Race has at least one basic Magic attack. What Race are you?
And there reason you shouldn't is its a very useful item, Its a Reusable grand Soul Gem, which is incredibly handy once you start to explore magic.

Erm, No, No you didn't. You can't sell your Magic, From the looks of things you just don't know how to use your Magic. My Memory is a bit faded, Try looking in the Manual for Instructions.

You can't sell magic, like Killer just said. Do another quest line until you have enough gold to buy an enchanted weapon or get one from a drop or as a reward.

None, I got it from the Ghost of an Imperial Knight.
Look Daniel, there are a lot of Enchanted Weapons, I bet there is more Enchanted Weapons in the game then Normal ones. Just go to any shop and buy a weapon that has a name that doesn't resemble "Steel Sword" "Iron Long Sword" etc

Blaze Lord
22/Oct/06, 08:13 PM
Yes, an effect. Something that appears on the right like 'Fire damage 4 points on strike' or something. Good lord, there's no way you did the entire brotherhood line and not picked this up somewhere.
Killer 57
22/Oct/06, 08:14 PM
There you go, now go in there and buy a weapon that does has some sort of effect, like fire damage or something.
Daniel 89
22/Oct/06, 08:19 PM
the only weapon in there that has a effect is the battle axe of hatred and it costs like 14,000
Blaze Lord
22/Oct/06, 08:21 PM
Well, we pretty much told you it'd be hard to buy an enchanted weapon at your level. But at least now you know what one looks like. Go do some other quests.
Daniel 89
