The way to make it ultra-confusing (but realistic) is to completely remove the red and blue diamonds from around players so that it seems everyone is an enemy.

Then you REALLY need to communicate so you don't end up killing your own guys. It's a good laugh, but there's ALWAYS team kills. :D
