The Hard Drive is still going strong after 50 Years so what does the future hold for this everyday used item and the effect on people's storage means.

I wonder how long it'll take companies to release special edition hard drives for $50 more then normal with a 50 on the drive...

Quite amazing that they've come from hard drives with like 10 kilobytes to being able to have 4 terrabytes in a computer in 50 years (Y)

I love my Sata Raid II drives, they certainly make a difference when loading games. I really should invest in some more space as I am running out with all the TV episodes I have downloaded to watch.
