Just downloaded it and finished playing through. Plays a lot worse than I thought it would. The PC version seems far smoother, with better gfx and frame rate than the demo that has been released. Shame as I had been thinking of buying this one.

well im downloading it to see how it compares to the pc version, but im signed in to my jap acount downloading their demosfirst.

Just remember guys and gals, it is a demo. Many hated Test Drive because of the demo and when it comes out it shocked many people for that fact it was pretty good. I thought the demo was ok, if a bit limited but that is what demos are for. Hopefully the 16 player Live multiplayer may make it more fun. :)

I did laugh when slow-mo shooting a guard at point blank range with a shotgun, only to see him vanish in a crimson cloud of gibblets and screams.

well, i wasnt expecting so many negative comments , i got the demo but i aint played it yet, was to drunk after footie at the pub last nite, so ill prob give it a go tonight

It is disappointing...particularly if you've played the PC version. My PC version knocks the socks off that demo and my PC is pretty mediocre nowadays.

The only saving grace is that it's probably old code, it was out on the official mag what..two months ago? So hopefully they've made a few improvements since then.

Just gave the demo a quick go and it's okay. I thought the AI were much more intelligent than AI on other games, as I was able to have a good shootout with 1 enemy moving from crate to corner to try and get a advantage over me, so that was a engaging duel.

Shame I died when I got to a bit where some big dude comes out and slaughtered me with his gun, didn't have anymore medpacks so I died. Couldn't be bothered to re-play what I just did to get back there lol.

But yeah overall I thought it was okay, would like to play the full game but I don't think I'll be buying it.

well, i played it last night and personaly, iwasnt very impressed, just wasnt what i was expecting, and the controls were a bit, iffy, lol. dont think ill be buying this one...

have you guys been playing a diffrent demo from me?- best FPS iv seen on the 360 by far yet!, its got a reli good reticule wich is important for FPS, reli good animation, good grafix and the shooting is amazing

Same here. My pc is quite old really, but still pushes better graphics than this demo. Same with the prey one. Game looked fantastic on my old rig, but the 360 demo looked whack.:s

Ahaha I love that game, I haven't played it on the PC but from what I can tell the 360 one is pretty solid aside from a few jumps in framerate at the beginning.. For some reason it worked fine during the gun fights though, which is really what matters.

There's nothing like the joy of tearing apart people with shotguns in slow-mo-ey goodness!
