Is This Monitor Any Good?

There are those of you in the know about things like this out there. I've been looking for a bigger pc monitor since I currently have a 15" Philips one and I want a 19" widescreen one now but at a cheap price. So I've found this one and I can get 10% off it because of the missus' brother works for them. I haven't a clue on what I should be looking out for in response times and the like since I will only be using it for internet browsing mostly and hardly any gaming at all.

thats the exact same one i just bought :D

its works great (Y) but i think they've got their specs wrong, its 8ms and 500:1 contrast, but its a top monitor (Y)
