I Have seen people with animated signautes like MJ for example .
My setting's say
Can Upload Animated GIF for Signature No
So how do i upload a animated image as my signauter

Heh. As far as I know, user/member level doesn't give you any special privileges. Have you tried doing what MJ does, in that he links his signature instead of uploading it?

So say you store it at hosting site like. www.imageshack.us

Then edit your signature, copy the link to your new hosted image and paste it in and place IMG tags around it.

eg.

www.imageshack.us/yourlink

Most of the animated sigs are hosted off site. I use photobucket for mine as its free, quick and really simple to use and upload to.
