Sleeping?

Should I be concerned that it's 3:24am and I still can't get to sleep.

Anyone else have similar problems. Sometimes I fall asleep easily but when that doesn't happen I find myself up until at least 5am if not later. Worst bit is I have to be up at 8:30am to sort some stuff out. I'm screwed.

Usually I just take some benadryl or something in that case. If that can't happen, and I'm gonna get four or less hours of sleep, I'll just rock as much caffeine as I can, do what I need to, and sleep during the day.

Well, it depends... I'm partially insomniac which means I don't need much sleep. However it also means I'm generally bored at this time, as there is no one else around. I was loving it in the last few weeks when there wasn't school, so all the ppl going to school or Uni were on Xbl or msn. Now there are 3 ppl on msn list online and they all just forget to log out, etc.

I have to go to work at 7 am, but there are quite a few nights that I stay up all night and then go to work. It sucks, because I don't really have a routine like everyone else.

Not really. I can do one night without sleep, then I need a few more hours the next night... I can go a whole week with 3 hours a night.

Well, I know about 25 ppl personally and most of the others from forums like this one or the other one which I frequent more (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say the name...).

Most of those ppl are also on my msn, etc... So I reckon it may be about 20%. :P

Back on topic, I haven't slept since 6 am yesterday morning and I am getting tired now.

Well another day another late night...Oh well!

I tried passing the time by going upto the shop at 3am, I think the Cashier thought I was high or drunk the way he was looking at me. Or maybe he was wondering what the hell is a sober person doing in a shop at 3am.

Oh well who cares...

Theres a 24-Hour Spar open about 2min drive from my house... I could walk but I'm afaird of the dark.

It's handy if your drunk, high or just can't sleep.

Well, I haven't got the money to get a driving licence let alone afford a car. One day I hopefull will, until then it's (always late/overcrowded/way too expensice/crap) public transport for me... :S

Oh and the 24hour Tesco is one of those big ones. They have EVERYTHING in there. :)

I know exatcly what you mean. I'm trying to sort my life out atm, as living in the twilight zone was turning me into an antisocial hobbit. :unsure:

I didn't need to set the alarm a naggin family member managed to get me out of Bed for 11. I wish I could sleep like a rock like the rest of my house.
