Im getting my 360 on saturday (yay :D) and in argos they are doing a full premium system with PGR3 and an extra wireless xcontroller for £297 its that or 219 for a core with PGR3 and a memory unit.

Yeh thats a great starter deal(Y) I saw in ASDA today Hitman and full 360 package for £280 so bundles are starting to come out.

I sorta wish I waited to get a 360 until a few weeks back. I could've got 30% at ASDA since I work there :(

actually does anyone know any other places to buy deals like this, although PGR3 looks good i normally get bored of racing games pretty quickly.

You can buy pre-owned games now though for like £20...so i'm not sure it'll be all that bad

The argos deal is fantastic, got that myself today :D

Less than £20 extra and you get a second wireless controller and PGR3, fantastic deal.

Just played a bit of halo 2 on it and after playing with a keyboard and mouse only for so long I'm absolutely awful.

Anyone know if theres a SmartJoy Frag type thing coming out for the 360? If not then I might have to buy one and use my xbox to play Halo 2.

Also do i need to buy warranty, i told my dad that we need to and he kept going on about how warranty is a scam and that hes never bought it for anything, and i told him about 360s sometimes overheat and about the red rings etc and he just said they shouldnt be selling it then, and he also said that you get a year free warranty with electric items in the uk, is that true?

Yeah you get a years warrenty with the console, and right now you can buy 2 more I think from microsoft for about £60. It's alot of money but seeing as the 360 is notorious for breaking down I may get it.

ah thats good :)

Damn it I've just got un-used to it :p

Used to be pretty good with Halo 2 but now I'm having trouble remembering which direction is up and down :p

damn i hope argos have the items in stock or i will be very off lol.do u know if you can rind them to check stock or anything? just i dont want to go down there tommorow and not have any there.

Go on the argos web site, put the items in a basket and reserve them at the store you want to pick them up at, if they have them in stock it'll tell you.

It also means you have to wait alot less time for the order to come through as they usually have your order ready and waiting.
