I won't be getting it next friday as I want to save my money for other games if possible. I don't know enough about the online modes to want to go splash out the cash for it, so I'll go round a friends house and watch them play online before I make a final decision about getting it or not.

I do however plan to play this game, as the demo was great fun.

Its been out in the US from the 8th of August lucky swines but as phatmuther had said it isn't out until the 8th of September over here.

As for Saints Row that is out on 29th August (US) & 1st September (UK).

It is very similar to GTA I'll admit but I don't think its crap. The concept is a little different to GTA's though. There is a respect system in place to unlock different missions unlike GTA where you didn't have to earn respect all you had to do was complete certain missions before a new contact became available. I take it you don't like this genre of games? Millions of people like GTA style games so it will be very popular.

As long as they do a good job of it which so far it looks like they have:D Just because GTA started it, it does not meen that they are the only ones that are alowed to do it. Is it true that after you have completed the story mode, the game is over, and you can't free roam, Jam Man said that Pimpster couldn't play free roam after completing it.

yeah its true, when you complete the FINAL mission, you cant free roam anymore, so make sure you save it before doing it.
you just get booted to the main menu

Insurance frauds are easy when you know how, I've completed all 3 now and at the end of them you get:

Less damage from explosions.
Less damage from collisions.
Less damage from bullets.
Health Regenarates faster.

I did these easily by getting a police car, and when you're in the area crash in to an on coming car so you have a head on collision, you'll fly out of the windscreen, get 5x for Ejection or something 2x for vehicle, 2x for civil (because it's a police car) and 2x for distance usually. The average per collision I get is $60,000, you do get the odd $100,000+ on times, and one time I got an unbelievable $1,000,000+ for a single crash.

if you take out $200000 in loans, in total i.e not all at once, over time, you get an achievement ;)

hitman stuff is like the chop shop stuff, it just tells you the area the person is in, then you have to drive around it until you see a gun sight symbol on the mini map in the corner, then go kill em with the specified weapon (Y)

Hitman, I killed two guys but it didn't count, didn't know I had to use a specific weapon, now what, do they respawn?

So I started again, this time I sat in my car and put 100+ bullets into victor, AMAZINGLY he lived, sure, so I got out and my guy instantly fell, two seconds later I was dead....

Game is seriously pissing me off, why do they keep taking over my territory when I am trying to do missions, not only that, it's IMPOSSIBLE and VERY ANNOYING ffs.

You go into your own territory and you have your own two guys, up against a dozen cars and hundreds with automatic guns, it's ridiculous, I had ONE bloody lieutenant (sp?) to kill and I die, this game is getting right on my dids and it's lucky not to be broken.

The game is just a mess, one minute I have full health next it comes up saying I am smoked, wtf is this crap.

I was doing the narcotics thing, it took ages to get the 4 deals done and it took even longer to drive home, few minutes away and my car is blown up, what am I supposed to do when I have TWO polices cars at a time and ONE of the gang cars all shooting me, the instant you kill them all more come.

This game is so hard it's terrible.

I'd advise you go for Oblivion and Saints row, to great games.

Graw online is good but you need the extra pack which is 1200 MS points to even get a game online now, and the singleplayer for GRAW sucks.

Christ, you must be really really crap at this game. Imo its really really easy so far. I haven't found it hard one bit...and I m 26% through it.

just one thing say if there is only a few pll on playing in the gand dont create a gang lobby just use the create party option instead if u use this when u say only u are on and one other guy it wont go against our gang rateing

and then when we all get together we can do gang battles

no, you dont, the hospital takes a percentage from your money, and if youve got alot of money, it takes ALOT.
