None of us can really say anything though till we have sampled the game for ourselves though :D

Plamf? Pap? Whats all that about?! :p Anyway, the game looks like a slight graphical improvement over last years PC effort, which is cool by me. It looked great. Cannot wait for this beauty. Im having withdrawel symptoms after selling me Xbox version. ( it wasnt BC at the time.:( )

I hope the lag online is very, very minimal, after playing the CPU non-stop and being completely ripped off 9 games out of 10 I want to start playing normal people, hopefully that is more fair.

Was PES5 on the xbox good for online or did that lag?

Well to get near the Top 50 ish you had to lag. I had a 10 game streak last week and was beaten by a lag cheat.

I dont care I love it though. Flowing football at its best!!!

Ok the graphics don't look great but I'm more interested in the gameplay aspect. I'm interested greatly to see what improvements have been made overall. You can't really tell a lot from that clip though.

Until you play a demo or the finished version you can't really comment. Some games don't look any good until you are actually playing them.

well from that footage does not look anything special, gameplay looks about the same, still think its miles better than fifa games, but i wont be getting pro evo 6 as there are much better games comeing out like lost planet gears of war splinter cell double agent cod3 and alone in the dark list can go on

I always thought the graphics were good on the PES/WE games, and I don't get how FIFA graphics are better, they look hideous and ancient, PES is crystal clear.

Anyway you can't base much on this video, but it does seem like a slightly modified WE10 so I won't be expecting that much IF I buy it.

WE will feature four players offline but only two players online via Xbox Live. Konami says the difficulties in working on a new platform make more than two players on Live too difficult.

I new the 11vs11 was nothing short of bs lies.

Konami didn't allow us to take media of the game, so just imagine a smoother, faster, high-def version of the PS2 game and you'll get the idea.

Just as I thought, the same PES/WE but smoother, so basically no significant changes.

The controls are tight and well implemented, but shooting remains ultra-sensitive and even the shortest of taps on the X button can result in a souvenir for a fan.

GOD SAKE, why not change this, this was the most annoying thing apart from the cheating AI, 80% of my shots went over the bar, I need to do some liposuction on my shooting finger then.

Just as I said, I won't expect much difference, and apparently that is the case, again Konami seem to spend more time eating sushi than they do building their own games.

You'd be a fool to think that Konami will make any drastic changes to a game that's been at the top of the pile for years now.

A few tweaks here and there....just how I like it....it's still PES with some new added touches....back of the net!!

I do find it weird that all the WE games are better, I have never stuck at a PES game for long because once WE:I comes out, it's gg PES.

Give me a good fouling system (We10 was spot on) a good ML mode (it just sucks as is) and DECENT AI then that's enough for me, I don't care if every team has fake names and no licenses, that can be editied, gameplay can't.

I think what PES needs is a revamped dribbling system, it was so brutal trying to get passed a player on the wing, infact it was pretty much impossible because no matter who you are, you get out-paced 10 times out of 10.

All you have is some gay 360 that I never use and the R1 dribble, it's basic and useless, the R1 is good but the 360?

The flip-flap is good too but not as usefull as it should be, sometimes he messes it up meaning you gift them the ball.

I really want pace to count, everyone says it does, well I must be as blind as foock, I have never outran anyone, they always catch up.

I am edging towards PES6 though, I have seen zilch on FIFA07 and I have a feeling it will be WC but with league teams.

I preferred PES5 to 4...maybe that's because I play a no-nonsense kind of style and pretty solid at the back. I've never had a problem with fouling. I like to grind out hard fought games rather than 4's dribble round everyone and score 5-6 goals per game.

I do agree that the AI needs a little retouching but it has been said that they've worked on it, AI team mates will be better at moving in to space and making runs, picking up runners and holding defensive positions (that does annoy me...when AI defenders go AWOL).

My style is 100% aggression, I don't stop running at their players until I have the ball, then I whip it to the wings and cross the ball into the box, very simple but kinda easy :D

Yeah it was annoying on PES5/WE9/10, you would be running up the wing hoping for some help, they just ran away and I was like ffs, plus the corners are annoying as you have something like 3 heads to aim at.

PES4 was way too fast and too easy to get past a player but the shooting, well it was so dire I had to use the wings every single game, PES5 was more like football which was slower, alot harder to get past a player and the shooting was superb, yet you look at a player and give away a fk.....

Games are a lot more free flowing now, appaerently, you can actually tackle according to some reports!

WE;I versions are the updates of the PES games, so they should be an improvement....

As said, the fouls are less in the new version, the AI has been improved, particularly for the 360 version and the dribbling system has been completely revamped.

everything i have said is based on what i have read, obviously, i have not played the game so i can only go on what is said in the media - but its looking good. I'll certainly be buying it anyway.

Who buys PES for the graphics? Becuase I think they are pretty poor, tbh. And you won't heard me saying a bad thing abou PES often.

Most hardcore PES players buy PES as they want to play Football, not play a ing fashion show.

The way the player models move looks much more realistic compared to PES5, also the graphics look class. Will be pre-ordering this def.
