What do you think guys fifa and pes6 both exclusive to the 360, i personally think with fifa's and pes6 huge gamer fanbase
this could be what microsoft need.We all know why sony won last time because of a game called GTA, with GTA on board aswell.
And both sony and ninty fans waiting up to a year for these footie sims i think we should have a winner come fourth
XBOX 360.
Is it FIFA and PES a 360 exclusive?

It's a next gen exclusive as far as I know. Still coming out on Xbox/Ps2, just not PS3...

I think that if that was the case then EA and Konami would lose loads of revenue. The xbox 360 has had bad sales in some parts of the world as do many new console when they launch. I'm not too bothered about Fifa but if PES was a 360 exclusive next time around then that would be a major coup.

So basically it is all formats bar the PS3. For the next twelve months anyway.

They aren't bringing it out for the original Xbox though, are they?
I heard that anyway.
sounds good for the 360 but i still dont think the PS3 will worry us lol with or without the exclusiveness of these games!

This will win the console battle for sure!
Especially in the UK.

I see this less of a trumiph for Xbox 360 more a defeat of the PS3.
As I see more Playstation fans staying with there PS2 than going out and buying a Xbox 360 just toplay it in High-Def. However if it's purely exclusive to xbox 360 so not even current-gen consoles (eg. Ps2) will be avialable.
I then see thepossibility of te cheaper Xbox 360 with the combination of the best football game (PES) mightbe able togain them more consumers, however there's still a few unanswered questions around this.

I doubt it. The exclusivity period is only for a year remember. It might result in the PS3 having poorer (than expected) sales for the first year, but not by much.

Actually, I don't think it's going to make a difference. Why?
Well, Pro Evo and Fifa are going to come out on the PS2. All PS1 and PS2 games will be backwards compatible. Therefore ppl will be able to play the game on their PS3.
Basically it'll be like it's with the 360 now. Ppl are still playing Halo2, although it's an Xbox game.

I dunno how big this will be, I don't think there are too many hardcore gamers that are hardcore enough soccer fans to buy 360's just for PES6 or Fifa 07.
Especially considering the so-so-ness of some of the later FIFA titles. And PES isn't even in the US

Its known as Winning Eleven over there. Japan gets the first release then us Europeans get Pro Evolution Soccer and the rest of the world get Winning Eleven International.

Ah yes you would be right, I didn't realize they were the same game. Sorry D.
Either way, I don't think it's going to sell many systems to people that aren't already interested.

I think it will, I go to a lot of Forums that consist of mainly Europeans and it seems most of them just need some excuse to make the Jump from Playstation to Xbox, Since a lot of them seem to be on boarder.

No need for apologies its an easy mistake to make mate :) and yeah I agree that people won't buy it for just that game. If it was something on the scale of Halo 3 then I'd say people would by that console but for PES/Fifa the majority won't.

I think a LOT of people over here will buy a 360 just for PES.
MS should go for a 360 pack with FIFA and PES, it would help kids to foul their parents
