New Graphics card probs!

iv just upgraded my gefore 2 seies to a gefore 4 MX card and i put a game in and i couldnt run it at a higher detail levle without it being laggy! so having a new graphics card didnt make a diffrence!! help

The Geforce 4 is not a great gfx card. Its well out of date and will struggle to run todays games at even the lowest resolutions.

Your best bet is to minimise your GFX setting to 800x600 and see if that makes a difference.

iam trying to run battle feild v on 800*600 with low textures and graphics and its slow as the geforce 2 was!!

Maybe pgrade your CPU and RAM. Battle Field is a very hard game to run on basic machines.
