i got both setup, dont really use em, only if theres a demo or free pics floating about accross the sea's :D

Legally yes you can get into trouble as your lying about your location.

Really though.... nah they won't do anything.

I don't think there is anything illegal about it, other than you are committing a bannable offense on Xbox Live when you create an alternate account, which probably isn't worth the risk.

Yeh i made a Japan account a while back you get loads of diffrent videos but thats about all.

ye i have an american one, not much difference tho except i can see the adverts on that but not on my proper UK account....how could you get into trouble tho?

For lying about your region, I guess

Maybe you could get banned from XB Live, I don't think you could really get in any more trouble then that though

Check the T&C when you sign up to xbox live or make a .net account. You will find you are breaking the contract if you lie about your region. So your breaking a contract... which is legally binding. So if you break it MS can do something about it. They won't but they can.

Also there locked out for a reason. So you won't be seeing any Dead Rising stuff in Germany because it doesn't obide by there ratings.

I set them up but I didn't think either of them was worth it!

It's only handy on the odd occasion when they get some content they your interested it!

There was some great full length manga stuff on the Japanese site a long time ago, it has sadly been deleted now though.
