Autosave on Top Spin 2

Right well I want to get rid of the autosave as I am on the last event of career and I am at something like 1,076 career points. I don't want to simulate and find out I have gotten below 1000 career points, meaning I don't get the achievement. I think the chance of me going below 1000 is really slim, but I don't want to risk it. Is there a way I can remove the Autosave? If there is I could risk it and if it doesn't work just bother myself to play the World Masters to ensure my rank goes up not down.

I don't really know if you can though as I haven't got Top Spin 2.

anyway im sure if its the last thing of your whole career then it wouldnt go down that much, but who knows.

couldnt you just play half of the tourny then lose? or would that put you under 1000?

Yeah but if I simulate and end up with below 1000 career points I will be devastated. If there's a way to turn off the autosave I could try it.

I've started the big World Masters Tournament thingy, hopefully you only need to win 2 sets. 3 would kill me.

Right now I am so unbelievably mad it's impossible for me to stay calm. For the past hour and half I've been playing this game and I don't get my 1000 World Points achievement. I was at 1,083 on last day and I go and win the World Masters Tournament, to find out my total Points has dropped to 900 and something even though I have won. I go to dashboard and re-play the game, to find I have gone down to 769 points :|. So I spend 30 minutes trying to beat my rival who all of a sudden has become amazingly good and then I don't get the 1000 point achievement.

If this doesn't make things worse I started getting terrible glitches. The bar meter when you do power shots was powering up alot quicker than normal and my person was invisible. All I could see on my guy was his face with no dimensions on it (like a blue blob).

So yeah give 2K Sports email address and I will write such a gigantic letter complaining. Staying up to 4:08 in the morning isn't fun, especially when you get screwed out of the achievement.

What makes it worse is the fact I got my career summary and it says I have gotten 0 Career Points in my last season, which is bollocks because I won 2 Master Tournaments and a ton of Major/Minor events.

Also give me email address/phone number for the guys that sort out achievements at Xbox. I am so getting them to give me that god damn ing achievement.

Unlucky there JJDdude I know what its like to be screwed out of achievements, it happened to me on Kameo though. Never mind chin up, you can give the game back tomorrow and think sod it you did your best!

Sure is low, but when I spent 10 hours into getting a achievement and get screwed out of it then I don't see the problem?

I belive doing it voids your warranty, so I'll wait 7 months and do it. Chances are I'd have either bothered myself to play the game again or just won't care. We'll see.

no, find it yourself, gamesave cheating is just wrong, i dont mind if people cheat to get the achievements normally not from gamesaves simulating etc, but the gamesave way is really crap

But I got screwed out of it. I fully deserved to get that achievement and I have misfortunately had my game glitch on me in numerous different ways.

Using cheats to get achievements is just as bad.....

no, using cheats isnt as bad, because you actually play the game, rather than just loading up a save, getting the achievements, then switching the 360 off

I probably will be over it in 7 months time when my warrent expires but right now I am not. I really don't see a problem in getting just 1 achievement which I fully deserve.

They are both the same, it's the principle of getting something which you do not deserve.

This game took me months to do i won every grand slam but 1. won all masters and majors most minors and i only finished my career with 1,600 points.

So you are sure your looking at the right points? the points on the sort of stat page where you can view the race points, etc. whenever you want to is nothing to do with the career points.

You only get to see how many career points you have at the end of each season.

So to complete it in 10hrs :|

those 1800 points, you sure they were career points? i didnt have 1800 points after my first year

Noooo it wasn't in my first year, it was in my fourth. And yes it was definitely career points.

Your rank went up you said but your points when down. I though if the rank goes ups then your points have to for this to happen..

Impossible mate :| you are definitely looking at the wrong points :(

The stat page bit what you can view whenever you want is nothing to do with the points that will earn you the achievement. I was always #1 in the world sometimes had 3,500 but there not career points.

There is no possible way to know how many career points you have going into the last tournament, you only get to see your totals after each season. :s

Well tidus04 got the achievement in 4 days so it is possible to do the game quick enough.

So what is the points number next to your rank when you look at your stats page?

There just simply rank points to show if you are/nearly #1 in the world etc.

It said I had collect no Career Points in the last season, but I had won 2 Masters tournaments and a ton of Minor and Major tournaments, as well as the World Masters 8 at the end of the season. So how come I collected no Career Points?
