Phatmuther you ever taken a faceplate off or put one on? They can be tricky little blighters. Practice with your old one first. You have to make it pop out at the bottom for the springs to detach themselves from the 360 (I think thats right, I did change mine a couple of months ago). If you have ordered that one though they usually come with installation and removal instructions though.

Posted this on pesfan few weeks ago and ordered my self one and since then it has arrived (Y) took about 8days to get here from play-asia.
