hey, you know when your in a lobby in graw and your waiting to start a match whatever it may be.

when you highlight any player, it tells you what class they are, then it tells you what rank they are corporal lance corporal etc...

how does that change or when does it change, when do you get a higher rank?

You have to play Ranked games.

Yeah it gets harder every rank. Good luck finding a game because most n00bs kick out Rank 1s:(

Nope, Its no ELO System, its just points, and games played.

I was a rank 7 but i returned GRAW as it had to many online problems, like freezing.

It is one of the best games on xbox live tho

It's better when you play with people you know as well, as you communicate more, and as a result, play better.

has anyone got a link to how the actual ranked matches work? like how many points you have to get to get this rank and that rank etc...

Nah, no-one knows how they work. People know roughly how it goes, but I don't think there's anywhere that tells you exact specifications.

Whoever is hosting should set up a Last Man Standing match, as it's much easier to find one of those, and then we can change it to Sharpshooter once we're all in. Although, I'd like to play some LMS as well, seeing as it seems to be favourable in clan matches, and we're just as well getting more used to it.

Yeah, Superbean always gets the short end of the stick in our get-togethers. He always has connection problems with someone. :D


Oh, and about the rotational thing - we should just wait until it crashes before we switch. Because sometimes we can get a good number of games before it eventually does, and usually that's as a result of some n00b not muting up. So let's just be more careful with that as well.

ive been playin ranked matches fro ages now and im still only a frigin 2 :(

You need to play with us, dude. Me, BS and Steve have worked many people from 1s to high rankings.

Killer has gone from 1 to 6, Padds from 1 to 5, Rilu from 3 to 6, and a couple of other people have gained a fair amount as well. :)

right this is starting to annoy me alittle, my girlfriends mate at work, her fiancee has just got his 360, hes played graw like frigin twice and hes a rank 3 already in 4 days, ive had it like 4 months nearly and im still a rank 2 w..t..f?

Heh, it's all about winning matches.

Killer's a perfect example of that.

He's probably played about 50 or so ranked matches, and he's a rank 6. I probably played about 500 before I got to 6, because I was doing Sharpshooter, and losing a lot of the time.

Your mate must have just got lucky and won a couple of matches early on.

Y'what? GRAW is one of the most-played online games, and I ALWAYS find people on ranked matches.

And the thing is, I play Last Man Standing, and STILL find players. Last Man Standing doesn't even have half the players Sharpshooter has. You should find Sharpshooter games very easily.
