First off ill explain who the people are in my story -

Right on with the story :)

First of all I just wanna say I think the campaign is really dull, maybe the fact that every game has xbox live means single player modes to me are just borring
anyways I thought that the game at first was gona just be a trade in for another game at a later date ... how wrong I was
tonights gaming events changed my mind on how awesome the games mp is. Im a fan of red alert 1 and 2, they are still the only PC games ive ever bothered to play and i still play them now and its the startegy I love and its probably why i now love this as it involves more strategy than i first thought. Well tonight me PIN and Ginj took to the stage in two games
the first was played on a horribly small map, all 3 of us using teams we didn't like and the game ended after 10 minutes. next game we picked teams whom we thought we'd play well with and we also put a ten minute rule where no one can attack.
Well 10 minutes went and no one attacked, there were no 'real' attacks until about 30 mins in when PINs Elven army took a shot at my goblin army...they got obliterated, a mix of mountain trolls and well placed goblins wiped out the elvan onslaught. He tried this a couple more times but each time he got obliterated. Then things got worse for PIN as I managed to summon some dude on a dragon and his next assault was unluckily his biggest and lets just say the dragon showed him who was boss...the dragon wiped out 90% of his elves with the rest being picked off by goblins.
By the way Ginj was in the battle, but he was making lots of walls with cannons in the shroud. Sadly either PIN or myself were going to sucumb to each others attacks and finally a bit of luck won it for ... well ... me. I sent out an amry consisting of 4 mountain trolls (mean mothers...) and lots of goblins...needless to say they were gona be obliterated but Ginj sent out a teaser force of Dwarves who went in first and diverted all the elves to the other side of the base. so my trolls pounded his base, they were of course noticed and were obliterated...but then in came dragon dude to finish the job and BOOM his base was gone.
PIN did make one last stand with his 8 heros, but a mix of my dragons and the trolls finished them off and sadly he was eliminated.
So me vs Ginj and it wasn't going to be long before he sent something out and he pretty much sent everything. Needless to say I put up a fight and for 10 minutes held him back in a bottleknecked mountain...but he got through and destroyed everything.
So he was thinking I was finished and given up ... but he forgets I never give up. Granted I knews I lost, he still had factorys churning out dwarves...even so I gave his force a right battering with absolutly no soldiers by my side. With his massive army of dwarves swarming on the last remaining building I summoned not one, not two but three beasts and they were massive ers.
I managed to get the Balrog, a HUGEEEE dragon and the watcher (thing protecting dwarf door in the first film) all up at once and they made mincemeat of his army...of course he rebuilt it right there and killed them off....but then I added a dark shroud so he couldn't see, then loads of spiders, then summoned an army of hobos, then summoned a fire breating worm, then ressurected the dragon dude.
But alas everyone was finally killed and Ginj finally beat me, but by god I put up a fight.
That one game lasted near 3 hours....3 hours for christ sake and yet I never once got bored....
me and Ginj are hoping to do it again tommorow as its an amazing game online....
