Xbox360 V Ps3.

I watched this program the other week its on every sunday at ten am on Bravo its called gamer tv they showed the new sonic game both on xbox360 and ps3.They were trying to show the comparisons between these two bits of kit,the host of the show stayed neutral he said there was no difference but after examining the screen carefully for up to about two hours i found the differences.At first just looking the ps3 looked alot more colourful than the xbox360 the picture was good.So i looked closely to find there was a reason the xbox360 didn't look as colourful as the ps3 you could see the mist rising from the bottom of the cliffs rising right up to the top of the screen you could not see this on the ps3 xbox 360 is quite incredible and you could see the clouds rising as well because sonic was so high up brilliant put as for ps3 you couldn't see any of this the colour came out to much.Why i took so long looking as the clips as they were only about ten seconds on each clip if you had the two games side by side and looked at them you could see straight away the difference XBOX360 IS KING.

I was expecting the PS3 to be a maxed out graphics but maybe they are taking us for a ride...once again.

Yes my friend they are i thought ps3 was going to be this and that like they said but honestly it as not got a patch on the super xbox 360 grapics utterly AMAZING.

you know you cant really compare them at the moment right? two 10 second clips is not a comparison, plus its only one game, plus it might not be finished, until the ps3 is out, you just cant compare the two

To be honest minor graphical differences such as that mean very little to me. I'll be getting it on the 360 though, as the game should have easy achievements to help my gamerscore rise. :D

Once your wrapped up in a game your playing, the little graphical bits your hardly notice anyway. First time play everyone looks and goes "Wooo...pretty!" and then after a while playing it means nothing because your so into the game, you are more concentrating on playing the game than looking at the game.

I do think that the 360 and the PS3 are going to much closer than many people make out but, until we have seen the PS3 hands on, nobody can really judge.

The old xbox had better graphics than the playstation 2 ! It wouldnt suprise me if the 360 is better than the ps3,at the end of the day im not bothered i prefer the xbox exclusive games there much better.

In my opinion until they make a game like halo for the ps3 they will never beat the 360 ,just because the graphics are good it doesnt mean the games will be good.

Well its first attempt on the PS3 and second gen for the 360.... since in the end the raw horsepower is almost a wash it comes down to development tools and ease of use... everything we have heard is that the 360 is far superior in this area. I have more hope that Develpers will be able to tap into more of the 360's power for years to come while they struggle to work with the PS3 setup.

On teamxbox.com someone who attended the EA event said the same thing about the next Need For Speed :Carbon... said the 360 version was not only far ahead of the PS3 version.. but that the PS3 version had to be streamed through a laptop and it crashed so hard they could not get it back up and running.

Only time will tell but all reports are looking good for the MS camp.

the fact that the graphics might be worse than the 360's is because of the devolpment process, apparently its incredibly harder than the 360 devlopment kit, and the ps3 dev teams cant be arse/cant do it.

but some game will surpass 360's graphics, because some teams will try and get it right, may take a while though
