Yes I have my startbar up top.. not sure why.. had it like this for years... works out well.

All the buttons (minimise, restore, close) get changed to a little 360 icon aswell

yeah, i usually use www.themexp.org , i like the themes that are simple and elegant though, nothing to sketchy... =)
