When do you update the Gamercard Information in our Profile?

Last 5 Games Played
Reputation
Gamer Picture
etc.

The reason I asked was because my Gamerscore was updated, I just wondered how long they leave it before updating it again!

Couple Hours till the Server catches up, some times 20 Minutes.
