i cant seem to find out what windows vista is.... can any1 help =/ =)... it sounds really cool and i want it...lol

windows vista is the next version of windows, codenamed longhorn.

Its not bad, I have a beta version to test. Its a bit resource hungry and at present you need quite a beefy PC to run it smoothly.

The UI is nice and clear and with Media Centre built in it connects easily to your 360 to stream media.

Yeah i had the beta for a while but it munches up all your RAM !

Yeah- I've heard you need quite a system to use Aero. I can't actually remember it's penned release date... Q1 2007, isn't it? I've been hoping to cobble together a new PC to coincide with it's release... though undoubtedly, it'll probably be pushed back.

I haven't really looked into getting the public beta... not only is my PC showing it's age nowadays, but I use a machine running OS X as my primary computer anyway.

Theres a little program that they have produced to test the specifications of your machine against what you expect from Vista!

Check the Vista Homepage it's probably on there!
