Changing Match Lenth on FIFA 06

Is it possible to change how quickly the match is played in? They go on for too long for my liking, I ended up beating Austria 8-0 because it took forever for the match to finish lol.

This is for the actualy World Cup game, not the Road to the World Cup one btw. ;)

I've checked in the options and there isn't a way to change it. Also there is no AI difficulty setting, which means there's no challenge for me when I'm not on Xbox Live. :(

Yeah there is - after you pick yours teams and kits press A and your options are there scroll right and then you can change the match length to 2,4,6,8 etc. :)

On the Official World Cup game, with Frank Lampard on the front cover? If I click A it just progressed to the match, I can press Y and go into the options but I don't see a option to change time or difficulty setting.....

Aha just figured out on a different messageboard that it can only be changed in a Play Now match. Bit crappy really, as I have gone straight into Qualifying for the World Cup and didn't realise. >_<

No I want to Qualify for the World Cup for the achievement and it sucks because it takes 15 minutes per match. Also the difficulty is on Semi pro and that sucks, I want it to change. :(

You can change it before you start qualifying. I know you can!

Because I put in on Amateur and on 2 mins each way. I remember. :)

Well if you can it's in a different way to what you can in Play Now mode. Cause in Play Now mode you get a screen where you can change all different types of options, that doesn't happen in Qualifying. Anyway I got the achievement now, just got to play 7 more games and Win the World Cup.

Thornbag told me on MSN that the difficulty and time setting is configured before you start the tournament, so that means I can't change it now. Only got 2 more games to go though until I've got all the achievements apart from Global Challenges, so it doesn't matter now.
