Xbox 360 40GB and 80GB Hard drive?

Because a lot of times I'd rather not believe that someone can be so ridiculous. Why would you not want the option of being able to fit more stuff on your 360? What do you have against choice? Especially since no retail, disc-based game could possibly require you to have the larger hard drive, since they don't require you to have a hard drive at all.

You could 'survive' with a 20. You could 'survive' without a hard drive at all, but a 20 would just mean more tough decisions about deleting content and/or buying a Datel.

I'd buy the 40 gig if it came out. Not for HD film support but for demo storage and Live Arcade content. Would be great. I could sell my 20 gig onto someone who maybe has a core system who wants a cheap hardrive. Either that or save it as a big memory card to take to my friends house. :)

That's not a bad idea, but it's definitely too troublesome for MS. They'll tell us to deal with deleting/redownloading. Or use a Datel.

there already is a transfer kit, you can store everything on your PC HD instead of the 360 one
