farcry is shelved now i hate it

ive tryed to like it but its controls are so crap its not worth playing anymore, jerkycrap it doesnt move the cross hair probberly youeith move too little or to much peice of crap game

Im with you there, just got round to trying it out lastnight. I gave it some time but I really can't see myself poping this game back in real soon. I dont think i can be bothered to complete it, even though I could 'quake3' it around the levels without stopping much.

its the controls thatruinit they are total naff, they made cod2 and quake 4 play good onthecontrol pad, it should be used as anexsample of how not to make a fps on a consold

i had big hopes for far cry then i began to play teh game and the gameplay is rubbish, lol only good thing about it is the water detail thats about it trees terrain buildings and characters look like they have been created with an out of date 3D Software package

I unlocked the Predator section...got to this Fishing Village place and got stuck in a building for like hours! People coming in through the windows...I actually unlocked a 500 melee attacks achievement (think it was 500, may have been less!). After doing that about 3 times I gave up.

The game never really appealed to me.In my mind I would have went for something else. You always get what you want with a Quake game.

I think it is rather good fun, I'd play online lots more and get all the achievements if there were people actually online to play. :(

crap controls, gay gun reticlule, THE worst live game iv ever had(u have to put about 2 clips in to people!, and thats went its not laggy!)

It Seems a little rushed but i feel the 360 needs a propper first person shooter because i feel that perfect dark stinks and COD2 is way too linear.
And if you talk about graw stop as you cannont class it as a 1st person its a tactical shooter. i want to play a brilliant firstperson shooter and no i will not wait for halo 3. hopefully haze or bioshock will change this.
