Cheating to get achievements?

Well, can it be done? I don't want to do it, i'm not fussed about gamerscore but say in king kong or graw, if u made urself godly would u still unlock achievements? If so thats a wee bit silly.

Yeah there is a website where you can Download saved games, so you get the Achievements. Sad really.

if you ask me ghostrecon was fun toplay through twice without cheating because it was fun, and thyey need a super hard mode as hard wasnt hard.

you shouldnt get points if you cheat, but sometimes its errelevant if you use god modeornto toget an achievemnt for exsample finding all the goldnugets in gun or finding all artifacts ontomb raider

Game developers should make a couple of achievements or so where you need to collect things in a game, this eliminates the possibility of someone cheating to get every achievement. (Y)

i know on at least battlefield it's easy to do it. i see people all the time that have all the medals. which i think is impossible.

Lol it's not impossible to get all the medals! Hard yes....impossible no. Took me ages to get the 3 medals I have as I was trying to pick them up during regular playing...to get them you have to forfeit that and work purely for the achievements which helped em get the Army Cross the other day.

Likelihood is though that people will start their own servers so they can kill each other to get the medals. I'd only resort to this if I no longer wanted the game and wanted to get rid quick (a la Topspin).

Dont cheat. Seriously, it ruins the point of the game. I cheated in oblivion, got 500,000 dollars. Started over, never had as much fun with a game since Jak and Daxter 1

you can hook up your mem card to your pc via a usb mod
then just copy em over, when you just start the game, the achievements pop up, it just idiotic, cheaters

Don't think you can. Game Saves are locked to your gamercard. If the gamesave wasn't created with your gamercard the achievements dont work. I am quite sure I'm right on this one

Well I read a few threads on that messageboard a while back and people do say that they are getting the achievement. If we are to check we will see that they would have got all the achievements on the same day, I'll check now. That'll be evidence.

But surely it's going to void your warranty, which is something I wouldn't risk doing.

I would like to have it done though, get my gamesaves from Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 and 4 onto my 360 and finish playing them off.

But I mean you never know when your 360 might play up. My friend's just suddenly got the 3 red lights the other day and he had to send it back to Microsoft. If that happens to you and your warrenty is void your screwed.

MS will not know if you have used a gamesave from the net. Unless you do a hardware hack then they are never going to know. They don't delve that deep when repairing them. Also you got to be some dumb person if you tell em.
