I can't help feeling that he's a bit over-rated.

I mean, sure, he has a magnificent goal per game ratio for Portugal, but every time I see his name on a scoresheet, it's usually in an 8-0 thrashing of Liechtenstein or something like that.

If he performs at this World Cup, then he'll have proven himself - the thing is, up until now, I've never seen him perform when it matters. And he doesn't exactly play for the biggest club either.

Pauleta is not just a great player is a good man, that's why is not playing for a bigger club. I think he has some family living in france.

He scores a lot but he has lots of important goals too, not just on 8 - 0 results.

He's a world class striker but he doesn't care about it!
