Why? Why does it happen to the good ones? Why?

No use whatever I tried. It now needs reset i.e. A new gamertag. Lost all achievements the Hexic ones in particular ugh :'( I hate talking about it. Ill get the Fifa ones back easy but :'( why loco, what did it deserve to get this :'( MS were really helpful and I thought I could see the light at the end of the tunnel...it was just some bast*rd with a torch. It was long gone.
At least my terrible PES 5 record will be swiped and I will get a shiny new 12 months live and the guy I was speaking to said he could maybe get me 4200 points instead of 2100 so :) but :'( I wil also save 800 of they points on changing my tag so all is not...well...all is lost but its the dawn of a new era.

I got my 360 on lauch day, yet didn't connect till i got a phone line in my place sometime in feb. To cut a long story short, i deleted my profile when i joined, hence it was LensEleven (named after my business) on live boards(ranking) yet lenseleven elsewhere.

I bought a memory card and copied my offline profile (which was the original lenseleven) details to my new online one. The only games that would not copy where M$ one's (damm them). Where is the hope you ask? Well M$ said it couldn't be achived copying files and getting achivement scores for them ''as they are stored on their server's'' well it did work! That's why my PGR3 achivement details all say the 26/02/06.

Try it, though the mem cards are a rip off and it's not worth buying a £23 card to trade it it a day later for £6!!

Oh i have changed my gamertag to HotFishYoghurt as people thought my name was len or that i was french. I think u will agree that HFY's better!!

I was thinking the exact samething earlier. I am sure if this issue rises (as in lots of people start getting corrupted gamertags) then Microsoft will do something (like create a backup for every gamertag). Cause yeah, if I was to lose all my achievements and gamerscore in a few years I would be extremely frustrated.

I suppose you could keep a back-up on a memory unit but thats £20:(

Its a miracle. A miracle from God himself. Loco is back. The new Locopar TM was up and ready so all I needed was the account passed over. I phoned up and I got a woman from Timbuktu who couldnt speak a word of English so phoned up once more and this guy gave me a few last minute tips NO LUCK then he said 1 more FINAL option but it could take quite a while but FFS it freakin worked w00t w00t w0000t Stewart Woodburn is his name saving tags is his...job.

I m so f****n happy I wonder how the other guys I phoned up couldnt think of that but I couldnt give a s**t Loco is back.

But now I have set up Lcopar TM I wont be able to use that for ze clan. Yes I know Im a f****n donkey but the Indian women told me to set up a new accout.

But it is a miracle:D

Yeah TF. The guy I was speaking to (Stewart:D) gave me one more option before he got me a new Live subscription and that option worked so who said you cant come back from the dead:D

I had ... or allegedly had miss-spelt myemail address...doh...so when I tried to recover the tag it wasnt accepting the address dont ask why. I doubt it would happen to yourself so dont worry Loco is back and is better than ever.

P.s If it does actually happen then ask for Stewart Woodburn he knows what to do:D
