Apparently, the guys at GestureTek can do some pretty amazing things with the 360 Camera. According to this about.com fella, their E3 booth showed that the 360 Camera (and, eventually, the PS3's EyeToy) can do almost everything the Wii's controller can do.

Here's a video of how precise the camera can track motions. Way beyond the EyeToy of yesteryear, GestureTek has gotten the camera able to detect not only precise arm and hand movements, but can even recognize individual fingers, and tons of face mapping.
