if i complete the carrer mode just doin the easy mode to start with will it give me the steel medals anyways after i complete easy mode?

yep (Y) i did it on the silverone and got the bronze and steel achievements aswells :)

I did it on Silver straight off. It's not very difficult. And you get the bronze and Steel ones. (Y)
